Cancellation Policy
CANCELLING THE TRAINING SESSIONS: The Student agrees and acknowledges that a change in the schedule may cause a significant burden for the Trainer and thus the Student agrees that there will be no refunds given under any circumstance after the deposit has been received. Any cost paid by the student can be transferred to any future Shador Training Institute training. By signing this agreement the student agrees to the no refund policy. We are excited you choose Shador as your training provider! Our training sessions are meticulously planned and are designed in a manner geared toward the maximisation of efficiency. Your time is valuable, and so is ours, so our goal is to best prepare you so you feel confident in performing this service. Your training will be conducted by Shalon Burruss. Shalon is an esthetician and permanent cosmetic artist. She has 13 years of experience in the beauty industry and holds dual Master's Degrees in education. Shalon specializes in eyelash extensions, permanent cosmetics, body sugaring, and Aesthetics. Training sessions will be comprised of in-class activities, theory and live model work. You are required to complete online theory prior to attending class. Once registered you will be sent login information to begin your theory. Classes start promptly at 10 am unless otherwise communicated. Please be on time as we will not wait to begin class out of respect for all students. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please let us know if any dietary restrictions or allergies if applicable. You are required to wear all-black scrubs or clothes on each day of class. Please make sure you are comfortable. Training manuals and notebooks will be provided. Depending on your course training kits will be provided as well. You are required to bring a model to class. If you cannot find a model please let us know and we will provide one for you. The Student authorizes Shador to utilize the Student's associated media, photos, or footage from the any training session solely for the purpose of marketing Shador services.
